Food Explorers seeks to equip children with knowledge and confidence when it comes to food. With nutrition focused cooking classes taught in a variety of community settings, children learn basic cooking skills and general health and nutrition information. Classes are regularly held at libraries, after-school programs and summer camps. Due to COVID restrictions, these classes are now virtual and are expanding into multiple states.
