Bay Area Community Health, the largest Federally Qualified Health Center and Non-Profit Organization in the Bay Area, operating several full-service clinics and approximately six school-based health clinics and over ten neighborhood health centers in the heart of Silicon Valley. We provide medical, dental, optometry, pediatric, OB/GYN, chiropractic, podiatry, health & nutrition education, behavioral health, public health insurance enrollment, chronic care management, and a Health Homes Program service along with specialty services, to the medically undeserved in East San Jose, Gilroy, and Fremont.
