FootprintID® is a digital personal health record in your pocket. It promotes empowerment and advocacy for each of us and our families by allowing us to maintain our health history and medical information, always having it with us and available. FootprintID® keeps all of your important medical information including allergies, conditions, emergency contacts, vaccinations, documents and images (such as EKG's, x-rays, lab reports) at your fingertips so that you can access them at any time. We know privacy and security are always a concern. FootprintID® allows you to securely store your information and safely share it with family members or designated individuals via any internet browser and our iPhone and Android mobile apps. We can't be with our loved ones at all times, but FootprindID® can!
