FTC is committed to making Berwick a place where people are proud to live, work, and play. We will achieve this by creating opportunities that strengthen our community. Our activities and programs build a positive public image for the community, address gaps in social services, create opportunities for fun and celebration, and support efforts to create new and diverse jobs locally. For the Cause of Northeastern PA looks to new, fun and creative ways to engage people who are tired of traditional methods of solicitation, looking for new volunteer opportunities, or just looking for something fun to do. Our runs encourage healthy living and physical activity. Our celebrations encourage community. All of this is achieved while participants have the knowledge that their efforts are supporting the causes they care about. The Berwick Speedo Run has raised nearly for local health initiatives since 2009. Our Food Program provides the equivalent of meals to local students, families, and individuals-in-need each week. Our new Teen Center is set to open in Summer 2017
