For WOMEN®. Self-Realization of Women. We promote the Professional Development of women, through Personal Development and Change Management. We are a non-profit organization that works with women, combining in an experiential way, in small and tutored groups, personal and professional development tools, personal marketing, financial resource management, psychological support and mentoring and entrepreneurship advice. Always from a philosophy of collaboration between all the women and men who participate and support the project. In addition, For Women holds conferences on female empowerment, self-realization, co-responsibility and equity in different national and international forums and congresses. Our mission: Analyzing some of the most important barriers that women encounter, we find them- Organizational: deficiencies on education in equality of public and private entities- Social: the traditional role of women (stereotypes within society)- Family members: inequality in the distribution of domestic and family responsibilities- People: beliefs that limit or reduce the full development of women in their personal and professional careers. Mission- Promote personal development to improve professional development and entrepreneurship in women- Reorient the personal and professional project and start it, and help in the management of changes- Position your personal marketing and self-leadership based on the elimination of resistance- Raise awareness and promote the learning of women in co-responsibility and education in equity with the couple and the family- Get women to design the relaunch of their professional career or entrepreneurship, through the work of the competencies model- Achieve the empowerment of the group that participates in the initiative, generating communities of women that help each other.
