Force Forward

Force Forward's mission is to lead change, starting with a positive impact on the physical and mental wellbeing of thousands of our community. It started by reconnecting & inspiring ex-forces colleagues. In the last couple of years though, seen both with the variety of guests attracted to the podcast and the numerous invitations to speak and lead workshops at events across the country, it's become clear Force Forward has reached and impacted way more than just my ex-forces colleagues. We do that by inspiring action. Connecting and reconnecting people. And sharing stories of people overcoming adversity. We've created easily accessible and affordable online courses. We run a series of challenges and our hope is to continue empowering growth, both physically and mentally, galvanising what we like to call a #JFDI mindset. We will also inspire ex forces to fully recognise their transferrable skills and transform their lives. Inspire the Technologists of the world that the only way doesn't need to be up. We'll continue to build a network by re-uniting old colleagues and friends as well as introducing veterans to new people to extend their network. Bringing people together in a safe non-judgemental environment where they can share experiences and help one another.
