Forest Foundation

Founded in 1993, the Forest Foundation is committed to fostering the next generation of public service leaders through paid summer internships at local non-profit organizations. Our foundation supports 65 paid internships at exceptional non-profit organizations in the Greater Boston area. Accepted interns are paired with non-profits whose missions align with the intern’s passion, skill sets, and academic path. We support small social service agencies delivering critical need to under-resourced communities with a focus on youth and families. Through our FF ventures initiative, we invite grant proposals from current undergraduate college students and recent college graduates (age 30 and under) who have created an emerging or new non-profit in the New England/New York states.
