Our Services- Birth: We believe every mother deserves to have an empowering birth experience. Whether you know the exact kind of birth you want or are just starting to explore your options, our doulas are here to partner with you and help bring your vision to life. For birth support, we use specialized, evidence based methods that greatly increase your chances of having a quicker, more comfortable and safer delivery. This all begins with our prenatal visits. During this time, we help map out your birth plan based on your preferences. Our goal is for you to have your birth, your way - no judgment! When it’s time for baby to be born, we will be there with you every step of the way making you feel safe, secure, and confident that you can do this! Postpartum: A Postpartum Doula is your in-home baby professional! She assists mothers, fathers, and families in adapting to baby life and helps ensure it is a smooth transition. From daytime support to overnight sleep care - we’ve got you covered. This type of service can be tailored to whatever best fits your needs. Daytime support usually ranges between 3-5 hours per in-home visit. This allows us adequate time to tend to all of your needs as well as assess your recovery and make tailored, educated suggestions best suited for you. Overnight support is 10 hours in length and typically begins anywhere between 8pm - 10pm. Lactation: For some moms, breastfeeding comes easily. For the rest of us, we could use a little guidance. Here at Forever Doula, we believe through the proper education and support all women have the ability to successfully nourish their babies through the miracle of breastfeeding. If you find yourself needing a little assistance, don’t worry… we’re here for you! Our professional lactation services performed by our Certified Lactation Counselors (CLC) will cover everything you need to know to have a positive, wonderful experience. Your baby will be well fed and you’ll be a happy mama!
