We are raising sports and mental health awareness (with particular focus in depression) through research-based prevention and intervention programs. Our focus to help the underserved, with the primary focus on broadening the access to tennis. However, we also raise funds for research in the field of sports psychiatry and help promising young tennis players who seek financial help. Don't hesitate to reach out! As an organization we are focused on delivering scientific-based approach to our interventions. Therefore, we are conducting research to broaden the horizons of human understanding regarding mental illness, sports psychiatry and neuropsychiatry. Our organization places emphasis on the underserved community in every way possible. Therefore during our workshops and interventions we offer professional help in any way needed. Our organization is also devoted to minimizing the stigma surrounding mental illness in Poland.
