Forged & Formed exists to celebrate and mark special moments in the lives of our families and pets, with beautifully crafted and custom engraved jewelry and metals. As the originators of custom, print-based jewelry, we create pieces with images, as well as finger, nose, paw, hand, and foot prints - or just about anything you can imagine. We can also design and create a line of jewelry or special pieces for a corporate brand launch, affinity group, or to commemorate a special event.
