Forging Leaders

My name is Jeremiah Miller and my goal, along with my partners Rick Randolph and Anthony Biagi, is to save the world through better leadership. I started Forging Leaders because I believe that authentic leadership is the solution to the most pressing problems in our society and our lives. Each of our four foundational institutions: family, business, religion, and politics, is suffering from a leadership crisis. We're here to do something about it. My team of coaches and I work with companies of all sizes, from sole proprietorships to Fortune 500 companies. Our clients are typically men and women between the ages of 30 and 60 who hold leadership positions within their organizations. In addition to one-on-one and group coaching, we facilitate workshops and give presentations on the strategy and psychology of remarkable leadership. We believe that everything is a leadership issue. This means that if you are a leader and you don't like the results you are getting, you have the power to change it. We also believe that leading others starts with leading yourself. That means that in order for you to become a remarkable leader, you've got to strive to become a remarkable person first. That's what we've been helping people do for the last five years.
