Mike Goguen founded the restaurant in 2012 as an extension of his catering company, Melt. The restaurant has since flourished with its multi-national guests coming for the extremely popular Sunday brunch, the creative seasonal food menu, or the ever changing craft beer menu, unparalleled in Zurich. Today, the restaurant thrives on three underlying passions: Our love for unfussy but creative, seasonal food inspired by the places we’ve come from. Celebrating the everyday and special moments with craft beers and artisanal wines hard to find anywhere else. And, enjoying great food and drink with family and friends in a warm and casual environment with friendly service. In addition to the traditional restaurant dining facility, Fork & Bottle hosts private events and special functions, corporate meetings with audio/visual equipment, and offers catering services.
