Belonging and a sense of purpose are universal human needs, but oftentimes, the resources, relationships, and experience necessary to create life-affirming opportunities are hard to come by – or just missing. That’s where form communities thrives… at the intersection of human connection and wellness. Over the past 20 years, the San Antonio Clubhouse has become the largest Clubhouse movement across the state of Texas and the state-wide leader for Peer Support. Our services and direct support is deployed across North America, from Canada to Mexico. As we move forward under the new banner of form communities, we're working to change the paradigm around mental health by focusing on wellness and resilience-building, utilizing upstream and preventative approaches.
