Formdrill is a thermal drilling process that uses friction heat to produce bushings in metal tubing and flat stock. This formed bushing provides more wall to create threads and eliminate the need for welded nuts or inserts. The bushing can also be used for support of a pivoting shaft or for brazing pipes.
