Plastic lasts for shoes. In our building of about 2500 m2, in Sant’Elpidio a Mare, we work in a wide, bright and comfortable place, able to put both customers and internal workers at their own. The new business generation invested in a new organizational and productive structure, together with the precious heritage of the past. The working technique of the wooden prototype was totally hand-made: the strain was modeled, adapted and modified with the skills and experience of manufacturers. Now this tradition is supported and integrated with the most recent software and CAD-CAM system that enable the passage from the idea of a last to the realization of the wood model in a small amount of time. The technology of the most recent machines permits last reproduction with the guarantee of highest precision. The productive cycle is nimble and effective, made of a tracking and control system of production progress, management software and production/samples programming; it permits extreme punctuality for the consign and fast answers to the requests from our customers.
