Fort Homes

Fort is a Los Angeles based technology and real estate consulting start-up with the mission of making homeownership and housing more accessible to Angelenos. Founded in 2018, Fort has worked with architects, city officials, contractors, and homeowners to increase housing density with Additional Dwelling Units (ADUs), duplexes, and apartments. Permit expediting for our clients’ construction projects is a primary service that Fort provides. An often intimidating and tedious process for Angelenos undergoing renovations and new construction, Fort is a one stop shop that has built strong relationships with the city of Los Angeles, LA County, and various incorporated cities.
