Forta Extrusion

State-of-the-art 650 TN extrusion line (built in 2022), for 4’’ billets with capacity to produce profiles from 40 per meter. Profile thickness from 0,8mm. Profile length up to 6 meters. Alloy options: 6005 6060 6063 6082. We also manufacture aluminum profile separator platens with thermoplastic insertion resistant to high temperatures and long-lasting. It doesn’t scratch or erode the profile. It can be used in an automatic stacker or as a profile row separator. There are two models, flat and tubular, for high weight profiles. In addition, in our factory we have injection presses ranging from 60 to 500 TN, which allow us to inject thermoplastics up to a weight of 1400 grams.
