Fortuna Esports was formed in 2016. and through partnership with United Media it quickly grew to become the regional leader when it comes to esports in Southeast Europe. Based in Belgrade, Serbia, Fortuna currently handles event organization, studio and video production as well as TV and online streaming for local, regional and international tournaments. Fortuna was the first regional broadcaster to acquire rights for premium esports content with the Riot Games' LoL Esports tournament circuit, Dota 2 The International and CS:GO Majors. Along with premium esports programming, Fortuna's portfolio includes unique entertainment shows created for local audience as well as official League of Legends competition for the region – Esports Balkan League (EBL). Since its launch in July 2019. Fortuna has been in charge of production and programming for Sport Klub Esports - a 24/7 TV channel dedicated to esports fans and gaming enthusiasts which is a part of Sport Klub sports network spanning more than 10 channels. Our studio yearly produces more than 200 live broadcasts, with over hours of content. Some of the most notable events broadcast live to our regional audience include EU LCS Summer 2017, EU LCS Spring and Summer 2018, MSI 2018, Worlds 2018, All-Stars 2018, EU Masters, The International 8 & 9, CS:GO Boston & , Berlin Majors, ESL One Cologne, Fortnite PRO-AM and World Cup 2019, etc.
