FCS Founder Mark Knoop is a Columbia, SC-based communications and campaign management specialist. Having managed successful political campaigns at the statewide, federal, and local levels, paired with a portfolio of successful corporate advertising and branding campaigns, Knoop brings winning strategies to the table in a scalable organization. Knoop has crafted and implemented TV and digital advertising campaigns for both small and large corporate clients, ranging from healthcare providers to manufacturers. In 2018, Knoop served as South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson’s campaign manager and recently led Senator Lindsey Graham’s record-breaking ground game. Mark provides institutional knowledge of media in the Carolinas and has run statewide organizations in numerous states. He has led dozens of successful elections and ballot initiatives on both local and statewide levels. He co-founded and leads the pro-business group Forward Charlotte, recently being credited with “changing the course of City Council in Charlotte.”
