Forward Integrated Services

At Forward Integrated Services, our experienced and dedicated team works to help people with disabilities and their families identify and achieve their dreams. Our state-licensed and nationally-certified staff have decades of experience in the disability community, successfully serving children, adults, families and organizations. We are a small group of highly experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts, Licensed Social Workers and Clinical Professionals with over 100 years of collective service in the disability world. Forward Integrated Services provides a number of virtual services across the entire state of Wisconsin, including caregiver coaching, behavior support and plan development, and facilitating community resources through integrative case management. Our ultimate goal is to work ourselves out of a job by empowering and educating people with disabilities and their families. In addition, through a partnership with a local university, FIS provides social skill training to participants and their caregivers.
