Forward Motion Events, a company that hosts several large-scale races and weekend race festivals throughout South Berwick, Maine. Rachel's events feature a combination of spirited competition and top-notch customer service to create memorable experiences for participants and their families. As an optimistic, philanthropic events company Forward Motion Events Ltd. operates three major race events: The Pumpkinman Triathlon and Running Festival, Rick's Run 5k and the All-Women's Luna Run. Pumpkinman strives to bring together competitors, family and friends to enjoy a memorable experience. Our events raise thousands of dollars each year for local causes. This grassroots fund-raising model has become a cornerstone of the Pumpkinman events. Rick's Run 5k is held in memory of Rachel's father, a veteran who suffered from PTSD. The proceeds from the run benefit "Veteran's Count" Luna Run 5k, s to create an experience where women support and encourage each other. An all-women’s run/walk at the historic Hamilton House in South Berwick, Maine, with the proceeds to go to empowering the young girls in the community including the Great Works School girls running club. We focus on reflection, connection and philanthropy by bringing people together in events that provide for the needs of communities. Run by volunteers, our events are fueled by the passions of our participants in the spirit of community collaboration to have an immeasurable impact in our local communities.
