Forward Therapy

Forward Therapy provides Mental Health Therapy and Online Counselling. With a focus on skills development and self-compassion, we offer treatment for a range of conditions including anxiety, burnout, depression and concerns about addiction, particularly pornography use problems and ‘sex addiction’, from a sexuality-affirmative perspective. We are an LGBTQI friendly practice. Online therapy is available via Skype webcam and phone from anywhere in the world with a suitable Internet connection. Appointments in Sydney, Australia attract the Medicare rebate when referred by a GP and health fund rebates are available from select health funds.
