Foti Henry, PLLC is a Buffalo, New York based law firm with our Headquarters located in the Historic Brisbane Building in the heart of Downtown Buffalo. We also have offices in Syracuse and Albany. The Firm’s main area of legal practice is Civil Litigation with a primary focus on the defense of personal injury matters. We defend lawsuits and handle claims involving a wide variety of civil litigation including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, construction accidents, fire loss, and products liability. We are comprised of nine lawyers with years of experience handling civil matters throughout New York State in both State and Federal courts.
