Foundation Nepal

Foundation Nepal (formerly The Nepalese Children’s Foundation) is an ambitious Irish-registered charity that helps highly disadvantaged Nepali communities to work their way out of poverty. We focus our efforts on the poorest and most vulnerable in society – women and low caste families – giving them a hand up, not a hand out. We work to bring about lasting change through improved food production, micro-finance, micro-business, healthcare and education. All our activities are underpinned by a focus on efficiency, value for money, quality and professionalism.
