Foundation Partners was founded by Craig Fleet in 1998. It was one of the first advisory practices that actively pursued the ideals of the ‘Boutique Practice’ and set out to swim against the tide of the ‘One Stop Shop’ approach. Time has shown that the concept of offering all forms of Financial Planning within one firm is not efficient,(although originally it was a noble idea). Often the reality is the provision of non-specialised, un-personalised advice of a very general nature.
