Having completed 8 year PhD level training, our Clinical Psychologists have extensive expertise in psychological assessment, neuroscience, family systems and psychotherapy. In therapy, psychologists use scientifically validated techniques to help people develop healthier, more effective habits. There are several approaches to psychotherapy, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance in Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Interpersonal Therapy, that help people work through different types of problems.
