Founders’ focus is on oil and gas, industrials, software, industrial technology, internet, digital media and healthcare companies located nationwide, as well as companies based in the Southeast across a variety of industries. Founders was established in 2003 by Managing Partner Duane Donner. Duane started the firm with vision, values and a couple of dedicated employees. Zane Tarence served on the Founders Advisory Board for two years and then joined Duane and the team in 2007. Founders professionals now serve clients all over the country and across a broad range of industries. Yet, all of Founders’ growth and achievements are a product of its founding principle, the Golden Rule Plus: treat people as you’d want to be treated and beyond.
