Founders Tanzania

It all began with a desire to address the challenges faced by startup founders in Tanzania, especially the issue of ignorance, exclusion, and low turnout of innovators in the country. Founders Tanzania is a platform that brings together startup founders from Tanzania, providing them with access to opportunities and events that they would otherwise not be aware of by cultivating a culture of opportunity sharing. The platform has grown from 18 startup founders to 300+ by April 2024, and over opportunities have been shared among members since February 2021. The platform has also given visibility to its members, with founders being profiled in various media outlets such as Founders Pulse, Founders Safari, CGTN, The Citizen, Channel Ten, Mwananchi, The Chanzo, and more.
