A Mayo Clinic Health Systems program, Fountain Centers has been dedicated to helping individuals and families struggling with substance use disorders since 1974. Fountain Centers is an abstinence oriented program offering MAT services, group and individual counseling, family education and family sessions, individual psychotherapy, and psychiatric services. Fountain Centers Men's Residential program is an 18 bed facility in Albert Lea, MN. We also offer seven intensive outpatients sites across the southern Minnesota region and a 10 bed men's IOP with lodging in Albert Lea that is nestled on the shores of Fountain Lake.
