Fountain Street General Practice

Fountain Street General Practice is a privately billing, appointment only family medical practice. We are proud of the high quality level of care that we provide to our patients and the local community. Fountain Street GP opened in Alexandria in January 2011. In addition to providing general medical care, our doctors have special interests including paediatrics, women’s health, men’s health, antenatal care, sexual health, skin cancer, mental health, travel medicine, preventative health, aviation medicine and HIV medicine. We also provide palliative care as the need arises. In addition we have a paediatrician and psychologists working from our rooms. We have full time nursing cover during the week and Douglass Hanly Moir pathology collection rooms operating from 7.30am to 3.30pm. Our medical records and booking system are fully electronic, and the practice is private billing. We maintain our accreditation to meet the strict standards set by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
