With 2 restaurants already successfully running in Beijing and Hong Kong, Oyster Talks decided it was time to break into the London market. The London restaurant is called Four Degree, deriving from the idea that this is the optimum temperature for Oysters to live in. Sushi and seafood are a big part of Four Degree and are the star of this French and Japanese infused concept. The Four Degree restaurant is located on the beautiful Thames riverside in Vauxhall and boasts a 90 cover terrace overlooking The River Thames as well as indoor river view seating.
