Our founders started their journey pursuing careers in the furniture industry. With a passion for production, it wasn’t long until they found themselves in the heart of the 00’s globalisation export boom in Asia. Spanning China, Vietnam and Indonesia, they refined their experience in supply chain, design and mass production, supplying most of the world’s leading retailers. The global financial crisis changed supply chains and the way that customers and furniture makers interacted. Our founders innovated and flexed their experience into a wide range of businesses within the furniture sector, from e-commerce to hospitality. The COVID pandemic, like the global financial crisis provided opportunities to reinvent the supply chain: it is here where more than 40 years of industry experience led to the creation of Four Mile Bay.
