Fourth Avenue Capital is a middle market real estate investment firm based in the Pacific Northwest. We acquire and develop apartment, townhome and student housing communities with the primary purpose of creating long-term value. Our leadership team has significant institutional investment, acquisition and development experience and is passionate about building a culture of integrity and hard work. We make decisions based on long time horizons and care deeply about relationships. While our investment process is grounded in fundamental analysis, we have a flexible approach that enables us to be opportunistic in terms of markets, product type and vintage.
