F.S.A. training is based on the concept of Total Football, which is founded on the team’s ability to maintain possession of the ball. Training is focused on the ability to grow as a player. Players train every day with the ball and there are hardly any minutes that the players run without a ball at their feet. Our form of training is aimed at developing the players’ skills and tactical development. Training sessions focus on developing each player’s technical and physical abilities so that they can in turn play Total Football. With small-sided games and more organized age-appropriate activities the players are given the opportunity to get more touches of the ball in game situations. This ultimately develops their adaptability within the team, which is the key to Total Football's tactical success.
