FP3, LLC is a specialty construction contractor that specializes in architectural/ decorative concrete finishes; stamped and stained concrete, concrete overlays, polished concrete, exposed aggregate finishes, etc. We also provide installation of concrete pavers, retaining walls, fire pits etc. We work on both Residential and commercial projects. Additional services we offer are: Concrete restoration/repair, demolition & removal. Additionally, we are a licensed builder in SC and can build pool houses, outbuildings, gazebos, decks, fences, additions, new homes, etc. We work closely with the owner, owner’s rep, architect/designer, general contractors, etc, to ensure expectations are managed to achieve the desired results.
