Fpa Think Tank
The FPA Think Tank, is a collaborative effort between the Fairness and Procurement Alliance (FPA) and the Florida Center for International Policy Studies at UNF. Together, they conceived the "The Umbrella Initiative" whose goal is "to double the number of disadvantaged businesses (DBE) contracting with the federal, state and local governments by the year 2020." The Think Tank has now expanded to include professors from multiple universities and Law Schools within Florida and it is now simply called the FPA Think Tank.
