Fractal - Architecture & Design

Fractal is a boutique architecture and design studio. We have teams in Thailand (Koh Samui) and Vietnam (Da Nang). The practice was established in 2017 by James Atkinson (ARB) to provide architectural services both locally and internationally. Originally trained in Scotland, James’s experience has been truly international with over 20 years of designing award-winning projects across Asia, Africa and Europe. With projects in China, England, Ghana, Hong Kong, India, Latvia, Saudi Arabia, Scotland, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan, Tanzania, Thailand and Vietnam. Over the years James’s key involvement has included projects that have won the Thai property awards, Vietnamese national architecture award, South African regional architecture award and in addition has helped design numerous competition winners across China and Scotland. With no set stylistic approach our projects commence with each unique location, client brief and climate. Our motivation is to create beautiful, practical and enjoyable spaces to live, work and play.
