We are a corporate health and wellness offering that delivers daily digital content to your team, designed to help them combat the effects of working at a desk all day. We offer a solution to ongoing back aches, tight neck muscles and rounded shoulders by delivering short videos to your team each day. The videos guide them through a series of postural exercises and stretches that can be completed at their desk. These exercises aim to stretch areas of the body that commonly get tight from sitting at desks, strengthen posture and improve shoulder mobility. Increase productivity, happiness, connectivity and aid retention by focusing on the health and wellbeing of your team. Our course is centered around the use of a resistance band. Each workday we’ll send a reminder email with a link directly to your employees inbox. This link will take them to our private members area full of easy to understand step by step instructional videos to walk your team through the stretching or strengthening movements. These videos can be completed on arrival to their inbox, or at their earliest convenience, because meetings/deadlines/reality.
