FRAMES & PIXELS, Inc. creates HDTV television programming, commercials, marketing and promotional videos, streaming video and custom DVDs from our base in Butler, Pennsylvania. So you need a TV commercial, or a marketing or training video, or some help updating your website. You have to figure out how to get that information in front of the eyes of the people that need to view it. But you’ve never written a script. And honestly, the thoughts of how or why you would need to center-cut or letterbox an HD video for standard definition TV and then upload a 16:9 version to YouTube just kind of baffles you.
