Since 2001, we have, and continue to develop and enhance enterprise technology applications for the professional liability insurance companies who own our company. Our technology is called frameworkPLUS, with the underlying architecture acting as the "framework" for all our owners. The "PLUS" is the skilled service we provide our owners through our knowledge of insurance operations, accounting, and other facets of our owners' business model. The framework continues to be enhanced and expanded to meet our owners' needs for their customers. Because of the needs of the owners, our team is insurance knowledgeable and provides solutions to data identification, retrieval, processing, reporting and disaster recovery needs. We are very customer focused as our clients are our owners. frameworkPLUS terminated in 2014.
