Founded in 1954 by Franco Baudino, our Firm has grown and evolved over time to respond to the ever changing needs of a composite and heterogeneous client base, which requires not only professional expertise and specialized knowledge, but also the ability to address new situations through creative solutions. At the end of the 1990s, we crossed borders and established in Brussels, where we joined the European Economic Interest Grouping called IUROPE, through which we assist our clients with foreign operations or engaged in international activities, by relying on the support of over three hundred lawyers in Europe and a proven network of professionals worldwide.
