This challenge had to be handled carefully to not disrupt the current distributor customer base.* Restructured and reshaped branches and introduced new re-sellers program for a manufacturer of specialty real wood Solariums to position the company to be sold.* Contracted to review weak sales of a unique building material. Concluded it to be a regionally specific product and developed sales and marketing plan to introduce to new region beginning double digit growth of the product line.* Commissioned to identify areas for improved expense control.
