Frank Phillips College Workforce
The Service Drilling Southwest Center for Access and Innovation (CA & I) was built in 2002 and was a $3.5 million community-based project. The CAI houses the Career and Technical Education (CTE) faculty, staff offices, and technical classrooms. Students can earn Certificates in Instrumentation Technology, Electrical Technology, Process Technology and Pump and Engine Technology; as well as, an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Instrumentation and Electrical (I&E) Technology. The CAI community conference rooms are utilized by local industry partners, law enforcement, and the community at large for everything from Safety Training, Continuing Education Classes to community functions, just to name a few.
