Born from a daily apprenticeship between generations, FRANKINELLI documents the journey of a young entrepreneur learning the craft of bespoke menswear under the guidance of a 76-year-old Italian master tailor with over 50 years of experience. This is not storytelling for nostalgia. It is a living workshop. At FRANKINELLI, tailoring is treated as a cultural asset — something earned slowly, through repetition, correction, and respect for tradition. Every garment begins with the same principles that defined Italian sartoria for decades: precision, proportion, balance, and restraint. No shortcuts. No mass production. No trends chasing. Our work focuses on bespoke and made-to-measure menswear, created entirely through a dialogue between client, fabric, and craftsman. Jackets, trousers, and suits are developed from scratch, following the body rather than forcing it into predefined shapes. Each piece is cut, fitted, and refined by hand, allowing the garment to evolve naturally around the wearer. FRANKINELLI also curates and distributes high-quality Italian deadstock fabrics, sourced from historic mills and archives. These fabrics — often unavailable on the market — represent a sustainable approach to luxury: using what already exists, without compromising quality or identity. What makes FRANKINELLI different is not scale, but intent. This project exists to connect craftsmanship with a new, international audience — particularly those who value authenticity over logos, process over hype, and substance over speed. Through daily documentation, we share the realities of learning a craft: mistakes, corrections, details, and silent progress. FRANKINELLI is not about selling clothing.
