Our order entry and billing departments are operated by pharmacists – not pharmacy technicians or billing clerks. Having a pharmacist in these positions allows any problems to be caught immediately. We also believe in the benefits of having a pharmacist in the facility. Making personal connections to your staff and residents is a tremendous part of who we are. Our staff has a combined 40 years of experience in dealing exclusively with long-term care facilities and residents. During our tenure, the facilities we serve have never had a survey deficiency related to pharmacy services. We understand the unique challenges and situations that are inherent when caring for the elderly and have worked diligently with facility administrators, directors or nursing, and staff to find solutions for whatever may arise. We offer dispensing of medications to residents of skilled nursing facilities as well as assisted living facilities and group homes.
