Advisory Services Our Advisory Services include- Dispute Strategy & Resolution: Advice to clients on how to win complex commercial disputes (or exit from them as cost effectively as possible) and manage regulatory investigations- Infrastructure & Operations: Advice to clients on Event Driven transactions and associated Operations - Regulatory & Risk Management: Advice to clients on Supply Chain Risk Evaluation, Counter Party Default Management, Regulatory Change Management, Trading Environment, Systems & Controls and Policy Reform & Regulatory Implementation- Corporate Affairs & Crisis Management: Advice to clients on Risk Management, PR and litigation risk. Although our people have specialist qualifications, they are not defined by them. That means that people here, with considerable international legal experience, do not limit their thinking to the legal issues alone. We believe our broader and strategic approach is the only way to generate new ideas and to win in all types of business situations. Principal Investment As well as our advisory service, we act as principal investor. We invest in assets or entire businesses when we believe that our skills add value. We have considerable experience buying and pursuing litigation claims from solvent and insolvent companies.
