Frankly Social

Frankly Social (formerly Instathat) was founded in July 2014 by Lauren Crouch and Nikki Douglas. As a Social Media Engagement Agency our goal is to create valuable content and experiences that people love to share on social media and in real life. Our core offering is photography-based social media products for events. Our customer base includes some of Australia's largest retailers, universities, government departments and companies in the construction, transport, finance, food and beverage, sports, tourism and entertainment spaces. We also offer services for private individuals, including parties and weddings. At launch in October 2014 we opened our Brisbane and Melbourne offices and offered one product that was custom manufactured by our company: Hashtag Printers. We commenced a licensing program and currently have 15 offices Australia-wide, and flagship offices in UK/USA/Canada. In 2016 we began expanding our product offering and now offer 8 products including: Sticker Booths, GIF Booths and Photo Booths, Green Screen Photography, Roaming Event Photography, Social Media Live Feeds and Panoramic Selfies. We are the exclusive Australian operator of Panoramic Selfies, an event technology recently developed in Europe.
