Educational project, created to help people to develop fully and happily through Emotional Intelligence. Aimed at parents and teachers, interested in transmitting to their children the necessary tools to allow them to overcome challenges from an early age. The FreeMind Method has 3 fundamental bases that sustain and enhance learning in all areas, that is why our method can be used and combined with emotional intelligence from all areas (science, art, ecology, movement, music, math, etc). Our 3 bases for all learning are: movement, experience and high emotional impact. FreeMind has different products and services aimed at both adults and children-Online Workshops for Children: they are free so that all children can access to benefits-Workshops for parents and teachers: we teach the methods and techniques so they can apply to their lives, and transmit to their children at home and in classes-The Guardian of the Forest: a story that covers emotions and good values. It has a magical pack of activities to help and guide parents and teachers in managing emotions and how to apply it to all areas and subjects-Other Products that complement the learning: Magic Goblin of Emotions; Ring Mindfulness; Flask of Thoughts; Zafú Meditation Blanket for children; Balancing Essence-Custom Audios: FreeMind develops binaural and isochronic audios to help recoding mental patterns.(overcoming fears, thinking of abundance, relaxation, improving sleep, etc.) Suitable for children and adults.
