Free To Flow
Free to Flow is an initiative that advocates for menstrual equity in Sri Lanka. We target the problem of period poverty through marketing campaigns and fundraising efforts, conducting menstrual health workshops, and providing menstrual hygiene products to women and girls from low-income communities. Our goal is to educate and create awareness around period poverty and menstrual health as well as eliminate the stigma surrounding menstruation. We are a completely volunteer-led organization.
