The method of awareness through movement, used in our Studio, teaches learners a way to change many of their reflexes and manners of movement for achieve ease of perform these movements and to achieve the flexibility of the body. The nervous system of the patient (learner) perceives the movement directed by Master as a proper movement. Moreover, during use of the method, i.e. in teaching, the nervous system learns and perceives the movement as a new ability - the ability to move easily. The method by which runs the clinic, it is not invasive and therefore has virtually no contraindications. Now this method is extensively taught (used) in rehabilitation programs of pain management.
